Granulation Capacity
Baileys granulation plant in Kwinana offers a unique local manufacturing advantage, producing homogenous compound products tailored to local soil and crop requirements. Macro and micro nutrients are combined with bio-stimulants and soil conditioners to enhance nutrient uptake and stimulate soil biology.
The process involves milling raw materials into a fine powder, pan granulating into spherical pellets, and baking and screening into premium (2.5–5.3mm) and mini (1.4–2.5mm) sizes. Products are then stored or packed in bulk, bulk bags, and 10 or 20kg bags.

Granulation creates homogenous compounds, with each
individual granule containing a complete mix of nutrients.
During granulation, soil conditioners and bio-stimulants
such as zeolite, humates and beneficial biology can be
incorporated into the fertiliser to improve nutrient
efficiency. This process means compound fertilisers are
more expensive than blends, but offer consistent quality,
uniformity and enhanced efficiency.
